Current rules address age, safety, and labeling. The enacted 2026 revenue measure amends KRS 217.2202 and 217.2207 to prohibit distributing, dispensing, selling, preparing, manufacturing, or making kratom products available for sale beginning July 1, 2027. Verify the exact transition requirements.
