Information you choose to provide
Contact inquiries may include your name, company, phone number, email address, inquiry type, and message. Distributor inquiries may also include business name and address, website, business type, years in business, markets served, estimated monthly order-volume range, brands of interest, and optional business documents such as Federal EIN documentation, a state sales tax license, a city business license, or other supporting documents.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond, evaluate wholesale or distributor fit, verify business status, discuss lawful markets, prevent abuse, keep inquiry records, and protect our rights. We do not use an inquiry to create a consumer purchase account because this site does not sell products directly.
CAPTCHA, delivery, and technical information
Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse and an email-delivery provider to email us the inquiry. Those providers may process IP address, browser, security, routing, and message-delivery information under their own terms. Standard hosting logs may include IP address, request time, requested page, device or browser information, and security events.
Age-confirmation preference
When you confirm that you are at least 21, the site stores that confirmation in your browser's local storage so the question does not appear on every page. The confirmation stays on that browser until you clear its site data. It is not sent with contact or distributor inquiries.
Business-document precautions
Optional uploaded documents are transmitted with the distributor inquiry rather than published on the site. Do not upload Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card details, passwords, health information, or unrelated personal data. Redact information that is not needed to evaluate the business.
Retention and sharing
We retain inquiries and attached business records only as long as reasonably needed for communication, evaluation, legal compliance, dispute prevention, and ordinary business records. We may share information with hosting, security, email, professional-adviser, and service providers that help operate the site and respond. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect safety, rights, and lawful operations. We do not sell inquiry information.
